The LEAD Fellows Training Programme is a set of highly experiential and participatory joined-up training courses to develop the knowledge, skills and personal awareness of participants to further sustainable development.
The training consists of two regional residential courses and an optional international residential course linked by online learning.
Who is it for?
The Fellows Training Programme is ideal for mid-career professionals demonstrating strong leadership potential and who would benefit from extensive contact with other leaders from across the world, from residential courses, and from a strong peer-learning experience. LEAD will also consider those with less experience but who have outstanding leadership potential.
How long does it take?
20 days over 12 calendar months (not including online learning).
What does it cost?
Costs vary depending on session location. Sessions 1 and 2 are usually in RSA and Malawi.
